Our product

At Kanda we are building a better and more engaging training experience for employees. We are a technology company, not a training center. We're building a multi-user platform that allows employees to train complex procedures across Virtual Reality, desktops and tablets.

Gone are the days of flying halfway around the world only to sit in a classroom with days on end of lectures and multiple choice tests. Out platform allows you to conduct interactive simulator training more akin to computer games.

Our team and environment 

We are a remote-first company and we are changing the fundamentals of how corporates are approaching training. This can't be put into a nine-to-five schedule.

Therefore we promote an approach to work we call "work from anywhere, any time" This means you will have a lot of freedom in how you plan your workday and where in the world you want to work from.
