Controller Not Tracking or Disconnecting

  • Solution:
    • Replace the batteries in the controllers with fresh ones.
    • Ensure there are no obstructions between the headset and the controllers.
    • Unpair and re-pair the controllers:
      • Go to Settings > Device > Controllers and click Forget. Pair the controllers again by holding the Menu button on the left controller and the Oculus button on the right controller for a few seconds.
    • Restart both the headset and controllers.

Controller Buttons Not Working

  • Solution:
    • Reboot the headset by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
    • Remove the batteries from the controllers, wait for 30 seconds, then reinsert them.
    • Ensure the firmware is updated by connecting your headset to Wi-Fi and checking for updates.
