Off-shore calls for safety and efficiency.
We believe VR was made for both.

Why VR and AR in the maritime sector?

In the maritime industry, most work tasks are carried out in an environment where training is either expensive or difficult. At the same time, accuracy and safety are crucial to both people and products. Virtual reality creates a safe environment to train in and to learn how to carry out important procedures in - and staying safe while you’re doing it.

Augmented- and Mixed Reality can also play a central role in reducing operating costs and improving efficiency. Maintenance tasks are frequently carried out to ensure safety and to ensure that certification requirements are up to standard. As for attending the faults being detected, remote assistance is one of the big focus areas for Augmented Reality at the moment. Augmented Reality can heavily reduce the time spent on performing tasks and on documenting their completion.
