To get the best experience with VR, there are only a few things to consider before and during the training. Make sure to follow these guidelines and you are ready to go! HEADSET RUNNING OUT OF POWER This risk is primarily related to the training outcome if you do not fully charge the headset before starting the training session. How to prevent this Ensure to have the battery charged before the training. The best way to remember this is to put your headset back in the charger right after use TRIPPING OVER OBJECTS There is a risk of tripping over objects when we immerse in VR. Therefore, you must check if the “play area” is clear before the training. How to prevent this Ensure that you are aware of your surroundings before the training. Look at your surroundings and remove any objects in your way. MAKING A SUFFICIENT BOUNDARY There is a risk of walking into walls and other surroundings when we immerse in VR. Therefore, you must ensure that the “play area” is big enough before the training. How to prevent this Ensure that you have at least a 1,5 x 1,5 meters play area. MOTION SICKNESS There is a risk that the user will get motion sick when using VR as a training tool. This is normal in the beginning and usually it will get better over time. How to prevent this Ensure everything is clear inside VR and the headset isn’t too tight. Take breaks throughout the session.

Find a training provider and get certified If you want to get certified by completion of the course, you will need to team up with a Training Provider and go through the course with a qualified instructor. What do you get? This gives you full access to the selected course for one person for one month and includes an instructor and a WINDA certificate at completion. How to get started? We collaborate with certified GWO Training Providers. The training provider will provide qualified instructors for the digital GWO training and make sure, that you will get the Winda certificate.
